It’s been said that leadership is about taking people to places they would not go alone. L.E.A.D. creates powerful opportunities focused on leadership and character development. This program is unique to participants in that it applies to anyone no matter where they are in life.

The program is our commitment to growth. Becoming a powerful leader and future business owner is a message that inspires and empowers participants to believe in themselves, showing them they can make a difference in the world. Our commitment is to personal growth and delivering best in class training experiences while developing leaders.

What is L.E.A.D?

Werthing Foundation’s L.E.A.D. is a career exploration program that offers concrete skills to participants, while preparing them for success in school, work and life, while developing leaders. L.E.A.D. provides hands-on experiences in career readiness (STEM & NON STEM), entrepreneurship, financial literacy, computer training and more, to prepare leaders for success.

The goal is for each participant to master leadership, maximize growth and discover defining moments towards the achievement of goals.
